June 27, 2024 – Renewals begin on Tuesday, July 2 for Principal Brokers. Below are the key dates and helpful resources.
July 2 – Renewals Phase 1 Begins
As a Principal Broker, you will gain access to the renewal portion of IRIS starting July 2. At that time, you’ll be able to:
- Renew your firm
- Renew your own license
- Complete bulk payments for brokers in your firm, and
- Check the renewal status for each broker in your firm.

July 9 – Renewals Walkthrough Webinar
We also encourage Principal Brokers to register to attend our Renewals Walkthrough webinar on July 9 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm ET.
We will show you the renewal process in IRIS, and you will have an opportunity at the end to ask questions.
July 24 – Bulk Payment Deadline
As a reminder to Principal Brokers, all bulk payments must be completed by July 24. If you intend to pay the license fee for brokers at your firm, you must act before this deadline.
August 1 – Renewals Phase 2 Begins
Individual brokers at the Principal Broker’s firm will gain access to the renewal portion of IRIS on August 1 to complete their individual renewal questions and pay for their license renewal fee (if the Principal Broker has not done so before July 24).
