September 27, 2024 – In April 2024, RIBO released Mandatory Disclosure Guidance, and brokers are expected to comply with this new guidance starting October 1. We understand that many of you may still have questions about these new requirements.
We’re excited to announce an upcoming Townhall meeting scheduled for October 17, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET on the Microsoft Teams platform.
During this session, you will hear about RIBO’s expectations for disclosure and receive answers to frequently asked questions regarding the new requirements.
The agenda will include:
- Overview and context for the changes.
- A detailed overview of RIBO’s expectations from brokers regarding the implementation of the disclosure guidance.
- An FAQ section aimed at addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
We highly encourage all Principal Brokers and Deputy Principal Brokers to attend, however if you are unable to attend or wish to include compliance team members, you are more than welcome to forward the invitation.
